AIGI 5505H High-Speed Arrowhook Split Rotary Seal
The AIGI 5505H is the high-speed variant of the patented Arrowhook double-split rotary seal, molded in PU with PTFE. It keeps the split, no-disassembly installation of the series while adding a joint design that holds together under the vibration of faster machinery.

- Vibration-proof joint: Split seals traditionally struggle on fast shafts because vibration works the joint open; the 5505H answers this with a unique ball-and-socket joint on the OD ring.
- Double joint security: That joint sits on top of the series' ball-and-socket duo-lock at the two engineered splits, giving double security.

Where It's Used
- High-speed, true shafts: It is specified for high-speed rotating equipment where the shaft nonetheless runs very true.

- Beyond the 5505's limits: Plants pick it when the 5505's speed and temperature limits are the only thing standing in the way of an Arrowhook retrofit.

- Wider temperature window: The PU/PTFE construction widens the temperature window compared with the plain polyurethane model.
- Tightest runout tolerance: Its tolerance for shaft runout is the tightest in the series, so it belongs on well-maintained, precisely aligned machines.
