AIGI 95W High-Reliability General-Service Packing
AIGI 95W is a general-service gland packing braided from thermoset fibres, designed as a high-reliability seal for everyday rotating equipment. It pairs extraordinary heat resistance with excellent leakage control, and its abrasion-resistant fibre will not score or glaze the shaft it runs against.

- Easy identification: This is a white, braided thermoset-fibre packing, easy to distinguish from carbon- or graphite-based styles in the store room.
- Wide pH range: It handles services from fairly strong acids through strong alkalis.
- General-purpose shaft speeds: It copes with the shaft speeds typical of general-purpose centrifugal pumps.
- Installation matters: As with any compression packing, correct ring cutting, staggered joints and a gradual break-in with controlled gland load will give the longest service life and the lowest steady-state leakage.
