T25 Gasketed Plate Heat Exchanger
The Alfa Laval T25 is a gasketed plate heat exchanger from the Industrial line, designed for high throughput with excellent thermal performance. Its flexible plate pack is easily opened for inspection and cleaning, and the heat-transfer area can be adjusted to the duty by adding or removing plates.

- Plates for corrosive media: Plates are offered in stainless steels, high-alloy grades and titanium variants, so the wetted surface can be matched to the corrosivity of the media.
- Several gasket families: Gaskets come in several elastomer families to suit the fluid and the operating temperature.
- Lined port connections: The port connections can be specified with rubber-lined or metal-lined flanges, and the metal linings themselves are available in corrosion-resistant alloys.
- Broad design envelope: The frame and pressure plate are epoxy-painted carbon steel, with a design envelope reaching from full vacuum to high pressures and across a wide temperature span.
- Gasket renewal in place: As with all gasketed models, periodic gasket renewal is a routine service item and can be handled without removing the unit from the line.
