EnviZion Actuated Stainless Steel Bonnet
The EnviZion Actuated Stainless Steel Bonnet (Type ZA1/ZA2/ZA3 and sealed ZA1S/ZA2S/ZA3S) is a tool-less pneumatic topworks for 0.5-2 inch (DN15-50) EnviZion valves in Fail Closed, Fail Open and Double Acting modes. Its integrated thermal compensation system delivers an active 360-degree seal with no retorquing, and the tool-less bonnet reduces diaphragm changes from an industry average of 23 minutes to 3 minutes (a 90% reduction). Valve bodies are tri-certified 316L stainless steel finished to 10-25 Ra with electropolish available.
