Fabri-Valve 33 PTD Light to Medium Duty Slurry Valve
The Fabri-Valve 33 PTD is a light-to-medium duty push-through slurry valve that seals by axially compressing matched elastomer sleeves. Packingless and self-flushing, with UHMWPE liners guiding the gate through its full stroke, it brings the sleeve-sealed slurry valve concept to everyday abrasive and corrosive services at an accessible duty level.

- No metal in the flow: When the valve is open, only the elastomer sleeves face the process, so the housing and gate stay out of contact with the media.
- Self-flushing action: Every stroke clears solids from the sealing area as part of normal operation.

- UHMWPE gate liners: A pair of gate support liners guides the gate through the entire stroke, reducing wear on both sleeves and gate and extending service intervals.

- Steel body, stainless gate: The housing is mild steel with a stainless steel gate.
- Sleeve materials: Natural rubber sleeves are standard, with EPDM available for hotter or more chemically demanding services.
- In-line sleeve changes: Heavy-duty sleeves are replaceable without disassembling the valve, so a sleeve change is a quick in-line job.
- Plan for drainage: As with any push-through design, a small discharge occurs at mid-stroke as part of the self-flushing action, so provide for drainage at the valve.
