Fabri-Valve F39 Slide Gate Valve

The Fabri-Valve F39 is a heavy-duty slide gate valve for difficult abrasive and high-solids service, handling everything from tough slurries to dry bulk solids, powders and granular material. It offers both shut-off and throttling in a single rugged platform, in gravity-flow as well as pneumatic conveying lines.

  • Closes through solids: The F39 can close through a static column of solid particles and powders, moving a disc of material laterally out of the way and returning it when the gate reverses.

  • Hot process options: For hot process duties, very high-temperature variants can be discussed with the factory.

  • Stainless wetted parts: Wetted body and chest components come in a choice of stainless steel grades, with the gate in the same material and given a smooth surface finish.
  • Economical alternative: A more economical version pairs stainless wetted parts with carbon steel external flanges.
  • Seat choices: Options range from resilient and single D-ring styles to replaceable seats including PTFE.
  • Operator range: Handwheel, bevel gear, cylinder and electric actuators are all available.
  • Shrouded for remote duty: Remote-operated valves are fitted with a bottom protection shroud.
