Pure-Flo Integrated Sensing Platform (ISP)

The Pure-Flo Integrated Sensing Platform (ISP) is an ultra-compact, fully potted position-sensing module for EnviZion and Pure-Flo hygienic diaphragm valves. It reports valve position using non-contact magnetoresistive sensing with automatic calibration, and can carry an optional integral solenoid so sensing and pilot control live in one small package.

  • Quick-connect wiring: A standard quick-connect fitting keeps wiring tidy and replaceable.
  • Standard pneumatic ports: When the integral solenoid is fitted, standard ports serve the inlet, actuator and exhaust.
  • Response varies by size: Opening response is quick on smaller valves and naturally slower on the largest sizes, which is worth considering when sequencing automated steps.
  • Sealed, not serviceable: Because the electronics are fully potted, the module is treated as a sealed unit rather than a serviceable instrument. That is a simpler maintenance model, based on replacement instead of repair.
