Pneumatic Fluorine-Lined Butterfly Valve with Limit Switch
The SLV Pneumatic Fluorine-Lined Butterfly Valve is a PTFE-lined butterfly valve driven by a pneumatic actuator and fitted with a limit switch. It automates the isolation of highly corrosive media while feeding valve position back to the control room, so operators always know whether the line is open or closed.

- Body is not the barrier: Body materials range from cast iron and carbon steel to stainless steel grades, but with a lined valve the lining does the corrosion work, so body choice is driven mainly by the external environment and mechanical needs.
- Check lining compatibility: What matters most at selection is confirming the PTFE lining's chemical compatibility with the specific medium and operating conditions.
- Protect the lining: PTFE linings are resilient but can be damaged by abrasive solids or careless handling during installation, so protect the sealing faces when the valve is out of the line.
- Verify the switch: The limit switch should be checked during commissioning so that indicated and actual positions agree.
